Funghi Misti

This is a little different kind of pizza, very light. The crust is paper thin with instant flop. I had to lift the end up with a fork so the cheese wouldn’t fall off. Lots of flavors going on here with the truffle oil, the mushrooms, and the smoked Parmesan. It has wild mushrooms so I’m hoping I don’t die after this, but if I wake up in heaven I’ll know that my last meal was worth it.
