Set the next-visit reward, campaign dates, expiry, and a conservative issuance cap.
2. Share the QR
Put the campaign QR where guests can scan after trying the food.
3. Get real evidence
Guests use MenuScouter to rate one dish, write an honest review, and add a real photo.
4. Measure the return
The reward stays in the guest’s app account. When they come back, approved staff scan it and it is permanently marked redeemed.

Does the reward depend on a positive review?
No. Every qualifying MenuScouter review earns the same reward regardless of its score, wording, or sentiment.
Can the guest use the reward immediately?
No. The reward appears in the guest’s MenuScouter account immediately but stays locked until the next calendar day, making it a return-visit reward rather than a discount on the meal being reviewed.
Can Rewards be used for Google or Yelp reviews?
No. Rewards only applies to reviews published on MenuScouter and explicitly prohibits soliciting an external-platform review.
How do restaurants redeem a reward?
On the guest’s next visit, an approved owner or manager scans the single-use reward from the guest’s MenuScouter app. It is then marked redeemed in the guest’s account.
