7.9/10It’s a great burger, lots of flavor, the blooming onion is really good, the sauce is good. I was happy with this. The paddy was good, substantial but not overwhelming. I think it needs some more sauce. I’m not sure if that should be ketchup and mustard, doesn’t seem to fit this burger. Maybe some king of special sauce? Overall a great burger.
