A hearty bisque with cold water lobster meat in a flavorful seafood broth finished with cream and a touch of sherry. Garnished with green onions.

It’s very good. It don’t get a lot of lobster in this; I think there were some tiny pieces at the bottom, but I wasn’t expecting too much. It’s a great soup and very popular. I recommend trying it.
