New York Strip

Very good, medium is wonderful. New York strip is a very lean cut, and I like it for that. Some people prefer more fat in their steak, but if you like lean steak, longhorn’s New York strip is exceptional. I would say with confidence that this is my favorite item at longhorn. The meat is very tender and they cook it as you request. Some gristle can be found around the edges but it is mostly lean.
