I’m a fan of mushrooms, and the fried in there gave it a little different taste. It was good; I’m not a vegetarian so I was impressed that a mushroom taco could be good. But it was. You’ll love this taco. I could have been bigger but I always say that at velvet taco. Only a few of their tacos are really loaded down. I like them full, a voluminous taco even if it’s bad is better than a good one that they are stingy with ingredients.

Beer Battered Cauliflower

Velvet Taco

For a vegan taco, it’s good. While it’s not my go-to, I can see how it could be for some people. It has a nice assortment of flavors. I don’t know if I ever really tasted the cauliflower - it’s fried. I’m above neutral on it.
